Shelley Nash is a mathematics educator, intervention specialist, and founder of Brontide Educational Services. Her work centers on helping students who have struggled in mathematics develop understanding, confidence, and a sense that they belong in mathematics.
Her professional experience spans special education, alternative education, secondary mathematics, mathematics intervention, instructional coaching, curriculum development, university teaching, and statewide professional learning. Shelley was named an Idaho State Finalist for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching in 2025 and serves as the Region 6 Representative for the Idaho Council of Teachers of Mathematics.
